Exhibitors Check in & Set Up Times

SET-UP – FRIDAY, MARCH 16, 2012

All Exhibitors MUST Check-in FIRST before unloading and setting up.

Exhibitors use Parking Lot 5 for set-up.  The gym will be closed and secured at 9 pm Friday night.

On both Saturday and Sunday Exhibitors are required to park in  Parking Lot 7 or 8.

• Park your car in Parking Lot 5
• Check in at the Exhibitor Registration Table inside the Gym
• Get your space assignment
• Get your car and line up for the unloading bay
• UNLOAD QUICKLY and then go park your car (leave your stuff on hand trucks inside the loading bay area).
• Return to the Loading Bay and then bring your stuff to your table.

All Exhibitors MUST set up Friday – no exceptions.

Arts/Crafts/all other special Exhibitors  -  Gym 1 -  at 5 pm

Business Related Exhibitors  -  Gym 2  -  at 6 pm

Health Related Exhibitors  -  Gym 3  -  at 7 pm

Saturday, MARCH 17, 2011 - EXPO Check-In

• ALL EXHIBITORS – CHECK IN 8:30 AM.
  .
• GYM MAIN ENTRANCE – Exhibitors use Parking Lot – 7 or 8 the day of the event.
  .
• Exhibitors will receive name badges (2 per space) when they check-in on Saturday morning. It is the Exhibitors responsibility to make arrangements if someone is to relieve them during the show and you are leaving the gym. No badges or tickets will be held at the door. No exhibitor/worker will be admitted to the show without a badge or an admission tickets.
  .
• A light fare of food will be available Friday night at Check-in/Set-up for purchase. There will also be food available Saturday and Sunday for purchase in the CCBC Café and in the Gym.
  .
•  The Gym will re-open Saturday morning at 8 am and on Sunday morning at 9 am. All exhibitors need to be back in the gym by 9:30 am (1/2 hour before doors open to general public.)
  .
• An Opening Ceremony just for exhibitors will take place Saturday morning at 9:00 am. All exhibitors are requested to attend. The media is invited to attend.  Doors open to the general public at 10 am.
  .
• After the show closes at 5 pm on Saturday there will be an Exhibitor Only Networking/Press Conference from 5:30 to 6:30 pm. The media is invited to attend.

Sunday, MARCH 18, 2011 – Check In at 9:00 AM

• Gym Main Entrance – Exhibitors use Parking Lot – 7 or 8.
• NO EARLY BREAKDOWNS. The show closes at 5 pm on Sunday.
