ALL EXHIBITORS must go to the Check-in area located at the AAWCC Welcome
Center in the center of the gym BEFORE unloading their vehicles.

After checking in Exhibitors will be allowed to drop off their
supplies/equipment at the Gym roll up door on Parking Lot 5.
ALL CARS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE DROP OFF RAMP ONCE
THEY ARE UNLOADED AND BEFORE PLACEMENT IN BOOTH. Parking is available on the
Parking Lot 5.

Exhibitors will receive name badges (2 per space) when they check-in on
SATURDAY MORING AT 7:30 AM AT BUILDING D - PARKING LOT #2. EXACT
INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU AT CHECK-IN FRIDAY. It is the Exhibitors responsibility to make arrangements if
someone is to relieve them during the show and you are leaving the gym. No
badges or tickets will be held at the door. No exhibitor/worker will be
admitted to the show without a badge or an admission tickets.

Babysitting
and light fare of food will be available Friday night at Check-in/Set-up for
purchase. There will also be food available Saturday and Sunday for purchase
in the CCBC Café and in the Gym.

The gym will be closed and secured at 9 pm Friday night.

On
both Saturday and Sunday Exhibitors are required to park on
Parking Lot 7 or
8.

The Gym will re-open Saturday morning at 10 am and on Sunday morning at 10 am.
All exhibitors need to be in the gym by 10:30 am (1/2 hour before doors open
to general public.)

An
Opening Ceremony just for exhibitors will take place Saturday morning at
9:00 am. All exhibitors are requested to attend. The media is invited to
attend. Doors open to the general public at 11 am.

After the show closes at 5 pm on Saturday there will be an Exhibitor Only
Networking Reception from 5:30 to 6:30 pm. The media is invited to attend.

EARLY BREAKDOWNS. The show closes at 5 pm on Sunday.
