What You Receive as a Women's Expo Exhibitor

Advertising 

• 2-Day Exhibitor Space -  (includes 2 exhibitor passes for both days) You will be among 150 exhibitors  involved in a variety of businesses and organizations. It is a great opportunity for the community to see what you do. To have that one on one with you and your product
      

• Expo Program - 20,000 copies of the On Purpose Woman Magazine will be distributed between February 1 and March 31.  The magazine will serve as the Official Program for the 2004 Women's Expo.  Your advertisement will have a 60-day shelf life and your information will be available before the Expo to help generate more interest in your exhibit and/or speaker program.
     

• Web Site Listing - Your information appears on this website for one full year.  If you are a sponsor at the Corporate level, links will be provided to your web site.  All sponsors receive an on-site ad to help promote their business or event.   www.Women'sExpoMD.com includes your Company Name, contact information, and  your personal name. (website compliments of Deanna Lilly: Bizness Concepts) 
    

• Patsy Anderson, Promoter for the Women's Expo, not only works for you before the Expo, she continues to promote your business for one full year, helping you hook-up with other businesses and individuals in need of your services.
     

• AAWCC Promotion Bag - A decorated bag filled with  Reduced Price Coupons, special promotional items and give-aways, gift certificates and flyers with FREE or special priced items can be added to the Promotion Bag.   The promo bag is distributed year round to promote the Women's Expo and participating exhibitors. Used for fundraisers for non- profit groups.  The bag is sold at the door and also contains event tickets and the lunch tickets.  [Coupons in the Promotion Bag are strictly for the Promotion Bag and are not the same as discounted coupons presented by the exhibitors during the Expo.]
     

• Live Advertisement - You are a live advertisement for you business.  You spend money in various media to advertise your business.  Now, you get a chance to BE the advertisement.  You are there to answer questions and offer a personal touch no other media can give you. 

Scholarships and Awards

Scholarships - 30% of all advertising in the Women's Expo Program, this year the On Purpose Woman Magazine, will go towards AAWCC scholarships.   Proceeds from the Women's Expo also go towards the scholarships.  You are a big part of helping deserving students achieve their business and educational goals.

Women's Expo Award of Excellence -  Awarded based on presence at the Expo, dedication given to support and promote the Women's Expo. Presented at AAWCC luncheon. Workshops

Speaker Program, Workshops, and Out of Booth Presentations - Many of our exhibitors are also speakers offering free workshops.  It's your chance to find out how to do many different things, and to learn new things, or just satisfy your curiosity about a product your are thinking of buying or a business you want to learn more about.  This opportunity is reserved for exhibitors only. You cannot present if you are not an exhibitor. This is one of the benefits of exhibiting (subject to approval by AAWCC).

FREE Exhibitor Workshop - "How to get the most out of an Expo,"  presented by Ginny Robertson - On Purpose Networking for Women and  Patsy Anderson from AA WCC Women's Expo will be available to help you determine potential contacts and offer suggestions on how to best promote your business at the Expo.

One Hour Networking Reception -  After the show closes on Saturday.  Presented by Ginny Robertson - On Purpose Networking for Women. includes light refreshments by The Pampered Chef - Barbara Dawson. This is an opportunity for exhibitors to wind down after a busy day, and have the chance to network each other.
